Safehouse is a not for profit organization founded in 2001 by Pastor Joe Howell to bring God's Word to the streets of Jacksonville. What started out as a few people passing out meals and praying with the homeless in the streets has grown into a 6 days a week operation providing Spiritual Guidance, Food, Clothing, Mailing Address, Drug/Alcohol Counseling and many other services to anyone in need.
